PDF – Portable Document Format (Adobe Acrobat) (Press optimized with fonts embedded, 300dpi)
Mailing labels can be purchased for 20 cents each as pressure sensitive labels or as an excel spreadsheet. We have the ability to sort by profession, zip code and other criteria. Please contact NYSSLHA for label counts based on your criteria.
